My name is Heike Buchner, I am creating my bears since 2002. I am 56 years old, married happily and grandmother of 4 grandchildren.Togehter with my husband and our sweet dog Gina we are living in Passau, a little town in Bayern Germany. The first teddys were made by yarn. After one year doing those bears I wanted to try a sewn bear and started an online-course, where I could learn how to create my own pattern. From this time on not only bears were born. Lately I concentrated on doing nature-bears, teddies and oldstyle-bears. With my creations I was able to get a lot of awards and it is very funny to see the happy smile in my costumers face when they get a new creation from my Sunshine-studio.
