Sometimes I get bored making the usual beige or brown teddy bear. This fellow is made out of a seal faux fur in a tomato red color. For those of you who are not acquainted with seal faux fur, it is a very soft fur which is all the same length and has no guard hairs. It is not the easiest fur to work with, but you can get it in some great colors. He has ultrasuede paw pads which have been sculpted and shaded. His nose is hand embroidered. He has black hand blown glass eyes with a single upper eyelid and a double lower eyelid. I have needle and scissor sculpted his face and added some color to bring out his features. He wears a lime green multicolored ribbon.
