Ian is a Jester of the people. He is not a conscript
of the king, but freely chooses to lighten the hearts of his fellow-beast.
Ian's face is hand sculpted of Cernit, a polymer clay having wonderful translucency for skin tones. A playful sparkle emanates from his highly realistic green glass eyes.
His fur is Mohair in an antique finish. Ian's joints are of metal and wood, his limbs are wire-armatured for poseability. His paw pads are Ultrasuede.
He is filled with polyfiber and substantially weighted with finely textured glass beads.
Although Ian can stand , he would prefer to sit unless aided.
Ian's tunic and hood are custom crocheted wool and are embellished with a wavy, looping design in fine copper wire and semi-precious stones. Suede leather ties and lacings are tipped in patterned, colored feathers and glowing stone beads.
Jaunty, colored glass bead and feather ornaments adorn his hood in the front near his face and also at the point in the back.
Upon Ian's wrist he carries a very uniquely shaped bag in the form of a giant, colorful cicada. Inside of this bag is cradled Ian's most precious and beautiful treasure, which shall remain undescribed to pique your sense of wonder and awe. I do not think you will be disappointed.
