Madeleine stands approx 5" and is hand stitched from curly mohair in a pale beige colour, with 5 cotter pin and disc joints and a wobble head. She is filled with pure wool and glass beads for weight, has sparkling black glass eyes and airbrushed shading.
Taking a walk in the gardens in her Sunday best, Madeleine is pushing a little pram with her favourite dolly inside. Dolly is cast in resin from a sculpt by myself and is hand painted by me and dressed in cotton French lace, and rests on a cushion of matching lace. Madeline wears a dress of vintage Point d'Esprit tulle in a pretty ecru colour and sashed with a wide pink silk ribbon. She also wears a matching silk bow and velvet vintage millinery flower.
