I'd like to introduce you to my latest little creation, Sylvie. Sylvie is a little larger than most of my recent bears, standing at approx 5", and is handstitched from pale pink Alpaca with 5 cotterpin and disc joints, and filled with pure wool and glass sand for weight. Her face is needle and scissor sculpted as well as airbrushed, and she has black English glass eyes.
Sylvie is a little fashion plate, dressed in a light ecru colour bolero I hand crocheted just for her, tied in a silk bow at the front. Under her little cardi she wears a matching ecru coloured cotton tulle dress, and a pretty silk bow on one ear, accented with a pretty pale pink vintage Lilac flower.
