- a 'Collaboration Bear' ( Initiated by 'The bear lady at Forbes' - Joan Neowhouse, and completed in remembrance by Emma's Bears following her passing).

This is a whole new range of bears by Emma's Bears. They are an eclectic assortment of bears in all shapes and sizes, and all types of fur, in various states of completion, and cut from patterns and designs that are unknown/unfamiliar to us. We've taken on these initiated teds after their original crafter passed away, and her family were unsure what should happen to all her unfinished work.

'Saffron' is just too cute! He's a petite little guy cut from a vibrant saffron-yellow mohair on a dark backing. We've given him black glass eyes, ultra suede whites and a hand embroidered nose. We've fully T-pin jointed him and stuffed him with eco filling and glass beads, We've been quite heavy handed on the silk-dye shading for his face, ears and paw pads and have whipped him up a gorgeous little gold-ruffle colar.

Saffron holds a large realistic faux rose in a dusky pink to match the cotton used to embroider his nose (rose is not removable). I especially love the proportions of the over-sized rose next to the petite features of this little bear.

Saffron is a one of a kind artist bear. He will come with all of his identification tags. His adoption fee INCLUDES registered airmail postage.
