a 'Collaboration Bear' ( Initiated by 'The bear lady at Forbes' - Joan Neowhouse, and completed in remembrance by Emma's Bears following her passing).

This is a whole new range of bears by Emma's Bears. They are an eclectic assortment of bears in all shapes and sizes, and all types of fur, in various states of completion, and cut from patterns and designs that are unknown/unfamiliar to us. We've taken on these initiated teds after their original crafter passed away, and her family were unsure what should happen to all her unfinished work.

'Bruno' was pre-named (a tiny note written on the bag holding all of his bits and pieces) - so we've decided to keep this name for him. He is made in a lovely multi-tonal ratinee (curly) mohair with a dark stone-grey backing, a lighter grey-beige pile and a darker burnt tipping colour. The effect of all of these shades is quite a 'real animal' look, helping to bring Bruno to life.

We've given Bruno a pair of deluxe black glass eyes, hand embroidered his nose and fully and firmly T-pin jointed his limbs and head. His paw pads are a contasting beige faux suede. We've pulled his toes and fingers and given him a decent amount of choc silk-dye shading.

To finish off his look, Bruno wears a simple satin and organza gold ribbon around his neck (fully removable). He is a one of a kind artist bear and will come with all of his identification tags.
