- a 'Collaboration Bear' ( Initiated by 'The bear lady at Forbes' - Joan Neowhouse, and completed in remembrance by Emma's Bears following her passing).

This is a whole new range of bears by Emma's Bears. They are an eclectic assortment of bears in all shapes and sizes, and all types of fur, in various states of completion, and cut from patterns and designs that are unknown/unfamiliar to us. We've taken on these initiated teds after their original crafter passed away, and her family were unsure what should happen to all her unfinished work.

'Lucas' was pre-named 'Lucy'(a tiny note written on the bag holding all his bits and pieces) - but we decided 'she' was definitely a 'he', so we found a more manly name for him. He is made in a gorgeous dusky blue mohair on a sage green backing.

Lucas looks out through black deluxe glass with faux suede whites. His nose is hand embroidered and he's fully cotterpin jointed. His paw pads appear to be a pale sage green cashmere. We've silk-dye shaded his face and paws, and embroidered claws on his hands and feet.

He's stuffed with a LOT of steel shot - making him quite weighty for such a small size - and polyfill. He wears a gorgeous, simple blue satin bow.

Lucas is a One of A Kind bear. He comes with his identification tags.
