Ash the baby raccoon has been entirely designed and hand crafted by myself. I always sew my creations by hand, using my own original designs.
Ash measures 18 cm (7 inches) from head top to his bottom. His tail measures 15 cm (6 inches).
For Ash, I chose a very nice 12 mm silver grey fur with pewter tips, 70% mohair and 30% viscose. He has German glass eyes.
His face has been needle felted, his nose is sculpted from polymer clay.
His distinctive colour patterns have been obtained with oil and pastel shading.
Ash is five ways cotter pin jointed � arms, legs and tail. He has wiring in his arms-hands and in his tail. He also has a wire connecting head and body. A lot of fun posing can be done!
Ash is stuffed with sheep wool and encased white decorative gravel, to add some weight.

Ash owns a starry felt blanket that I designed and embroidered for him. He also always travels with his birth certificate, made in matching style and materials.
Ash is a collector item not suitable for young children.
