Aimee is a very sweet girl - she is made from a very pretty mohair and wears a stunning and very unusual vintage 2 piece dolls dress.

She is just under 15.5 inches high, and seated is about 10.5 inches high.

Her mohair is almost white blonde, and is sparse and has a light wave. I have given her woollen felt paw pads in light beige, and have added age with some patchy airbrush shading.

She is filled with polyfibre stuffing, she also has steel shot in her feet, and steel balls and poly pellets in her tummy to give a little more weight.

She is quite loosely (but securely) cotterpin jointed, with a double joint in her neck to give her head wobble, and has quality English black glass eyes.

I have airbrush shaded her face, and lightly around her paw pads and in places on her body with 3 different browns and a little black, to bring out her character and add to her aged look. She has an embroidered, patchy nose.

She is a mixture of machine and handstitched, with double stitched seams for extra durability.Her dress is vintage and looks to be quite old. It is hand made and is in two pieces - the bottom dress is a cream plain dress with straps trimmed with lace, the over dress is made from pink and white net and is trimmed with the sweetest little flowers! Both have hook and eye fastenings. She wears a simple length of satin ribbon around her head.
