CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR TEDDY:

DO NOT WASH or DRY CLEAN, as it can damage the toy and change his look completely. Just a little dusting would be OK. Use brush (like toothbrush), or regular scotch tape cleans very well any dust and hair from the toy. Try to avoid to touch his face. You can hold him as much as you want, it will make him look only better!

I will send Teddy within 1-3 days after receiving full payment. Collectible Artist Teddy bear will be shipped from USA worldwide. Cargo delivery takes about 7-21 working days to (Europe) and 2-5 weeks Australia in normal mode.

For layaway I ask to make no more then 3 payments in whole within no more then 3 months. The deposit is Non refundable so if you are using layaway, and the remainder is not paid on time within 3 month time frame, you will lose your previous layaway payments. I am sorry, but no exceptions to this policy, as I am holding the Teddy in good faith and other buyers will not be able to purchase the item once it is on layaway. If once you give me a deposit, and you need a little bit more time for the balance to be paid, I can review your purchase and see if that is possible. Thanks for understanding.
