I do accept layaways with 25% of the purchase price as a deposit and balance paid over 6 months. If you are unhappy at all with your new friend then please contact me about a return. I want you to be happy with your new little addition. All bears come in an organza bag and packaged in tissue paper and shipped in an appropriately sized box with a hangtag containing your new friend's name and materials.
