Store policies:
- Parcels are being sent during the 3-5 working days.
- I always contact the customer by email and information about the shipment date after receiving the payment.
- Once the parcel is shipped I'll send you a tracking number.
- Items are being sent only after receiving complete payment.
- All parcels are being sent by the international air mail from Ukraine.

SHIPPING POLICY:
All my creations are sent by courier service including insurance.
This will also require the buyer's signature upon delivery.
Your new creation will be packaged responsibly to avoid damage caused by water or crushing.
You will receive personal tracking updates from me as they are provided and posted online
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES:
Each country will have its own fees, thresholds and taxes when importing goods from other countries.
Buyers are responsible for any additional import duties / taxes upon arrival in your country!

Express delivery is possible (DHL, USPS, etc). In this case, the delivery amount may be changed. Write to me and we will definitely discuss the options convenient for you.
