I'm very pleased to introduce you to a very special and luxurious bear called William. His name is inspired by the artist of the beautiful fabric which has been used in his ear and foot pads, 'The Strawberry Thief' by William Morris.

This fur is so luxurious and soft. I have used the long brown faux fur which is speckled with vibrant colours and brown faux fur on his legs, arms and body. He has been a joy to model.

This bear has to be one of the most beautiful and soft that I have worked with and I enjoyed every moment modelling him.

This beautiful Bear has been a labour of love spanning several days. I really wanted to sculpt him carefully and really bring to life. Every part of him is created from new patterns designed to bring out something completely new.
His head has been carefully scissor sculpted and then gently shaded using acrylic paints to accent shadows and give him personality and life.

He has 12mm English Black Glass eyes with brown eyelids. His nose has been made from coral fabric, airbrushed in brown, then carefully sewn into place.

He is fully cotterpin jointed and filled with dense polyester filling for extra weight. When standing he is approx 10-11 inches high. He has a stunning 'Strawberry Thief' fabric on his ear and foot pads. He has a fabric 'Bears of Bath' 2024 label, sewn into his back. William also has a handmade antique style dragonfly necklace which is fully removable.

He will arrive at his new home, carefully wrapped in a strong box, with his 'Bears of Bath' certificate of authenticity.

This beautiful Bear is number 3474 in the Certificated Series

Please note this is a collectors bear and is therefor not suitable for children under 14 years old .
