Astrea (Star) is 11 inches tall and created from beautiful hand dyed super soft clotted cream semi sparse vintage style German mohair. She is five way cotter pin jointed with a wobble joint neck. Her pretty face has been needle and scissor sculpted, her eyes are black glass, she has hand shading for an all over aged and loved look. Her embroidered chocolate nose has been waxed to match her waxed claws which compliment her aged cream velvet cashmere paw pads. She has been filled with wood wool and steel shot in her body and paws for a lovely cuddly weight.
Astrea's stunning hand made Angel frock has a cream hand loom silk dupion bodice over laid with sparkling bronze glittering sheer fabric trimmed with layers of soft cream frothy tulle for the skirt and finished with vintage rose silk rayon crinkle ribbon and a vintage rose silk rose. Her pretty hand made shoes booties are gold real leather with real leather deep red stained soles (made by a traditional cobbler) they are finished with diamanté buckles and sparkling gold ribbons . Her beautiful feather angel wings have been hand decorated,wings are held with pins and are removable. . On her head she wears a sparkling gold glitter fabric crown finished with gold roses and gold braid and carries a complimentary glittering star wand. She wears a string of creamy vintage pearls to finish her look. Astrea is one of a kind and comes with her certificate of authenticity.
