I do my very best to make everything from the purchase to the delivery as delightful as possible. I don’t get e-mail notifications from here but you can always message me via my Facebook Page—Marmalade Bears for a quicker response.

PAYMENTS

Direct via Paypal only.
I DON'T use private transaction methods such as bank transfers for security reasons unless a customer has a proven track purchasing record or 20 or more sales.

DELIVERY

Pre-made items are mailed within 1-3 days of purchase (M-F only).
All UK mail will go 2st Class 48Hrs Signed For
International mail will go Standard International Airmail, Tracked & Signed. Parcels take a day extra to get to the UK Mainland from here on the Isle of Wight .

I DO send to : USA, Canada & Australia. The buyer is always responsible for custom, taxes and duty in their own country.

I very rarely experience losses and before contacting me please allow for up to 10 working days (Mon-Fri), for the UK ; 25 working days for the US, Australia & Canada. Please also check with neighbours, your local sorting office and your local customs office.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THE CORRECT POSTAL ADDRESS! I WILL NOT RE-SEND OR REFUND ITEMS IF THE WRONG ADDRESS HAS BEEN GIVEN TO ME! (It only take a quick message to me to ensure your address has updated correctly! Likewise it is too late after an item has been posted!)

Return & Exchange Policy

My Listings are described as accurately and with as many pictures as possible and I am on hand to answer any queries.
I do NOT issue refunds.

If you are not pleased, please contact me DIRECTLY within 3 days of receiving your item and I'll try to make it right. In the event that both of us agree that the only satisfactory resolution is the return of the item, you must be prepared to pay for shipping the item back to me. Your purchase price (not including original shipping charges) will be refunded if I receive the item in new condition within 7 days of our agreement.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
1. Items which are damaged.
2. Custom or personalised orders
3. Items on sale
