“Hoshi” is a 10” panda sewn from reclaimed black and white mink. Hoshi means ‘star’ in Japanese and it stands for the twinkle in his black bead eyes. I have stitched him a black perle cotton nose and mouth for his white Ultrasuede inset muzzle that matches his pawpads. Five way jointed so head, arms and legs all move, Hoshi is stuffed with personality, polyester stuffing and plastic pellets for some weight. He comes from a smoke free home and will arrive with an adoption certificate stating that he is an original creation by myself, Wendy Shelby.

I am now in my seventies and no longer able to continue making bears due to arthritis in my shoulders and neck. However, I still have many beautiful bears that I have sewn sitting throughout my home looking for adventure. I will be selling these bears on Bearpile. I hope you enjoy them and are able to adopt one or two. I have thoroughly enjoyed creating these bears and am pleased to offer these last ones to you.
