Please meet Rosie the life like Shih Tzu dog! Rosie is a completely one of a kind soft sculpture and so realistic you will think she is real!
She is entirely handmade and sewn from premium Schulte Alpaca fabric and the longest and also the most expensive premium Schulte mohair fabric which costs over one hundred pounds per metre!! These two different lengths and textures of fabric perfectly capture the look and feel of a Shih Tzu puppy cut / style coat. Rosie would fit perfectly in any collection. A beautiful soft sculpture to add some doggie warmth to your home!
She is a life size young Shih tzu and measures 17 inches / 43cm long and 14 inches / 36cm tall. I have realistically shaded her coat using archival fabric paints.
She has beautiful realistic hand painted brown glass eyes with eye whites and hand sculpted eyelids giving her that characteristic puppy dog eyes expression! I have also created her nose from soft silicone and have hand painted it for a life like look.
She has individually hand sculpted black paw pads including front carpal pads created from a flexible clay. Her ears are fully poseable and she has an inner skeletal armature in her body, legs, tail and head which makes her very easy to pose in various realistic positions. Including standing, sitting, laying, and even begging positions! Her head is also fully poseable and can be moved looking up, down and side to side. I have taken great care to recreate the muscle tone and shape of a Shih tzu in Rosie’s design .
she is filled with poly fibre and is weighted to give her a nice feel when held.
Rosie will come to her new home with lots of accessories including a real / genuine vintage Crufts dog show “ Best puppy in breed” rosette, won at the famous Crufts dog show in 2002! She also comes with her smart pink leather collar, engraved with her name on a metal name plate on the front. Her pink gingham collar bow and matching removable hair bow. She even comes with a cute pumpkin costume/ cape and hat as she loves to dress up!
She has a sewn in Hayley walker designs label and comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by me with her name on.
Please note that Rosie is not a toy and not suitable for children under the age of 14. She is a collectable soft sculpture piece of art to be treasured for years to come.
She comes from a clean and smoke free studio.

Each bear / animal will come to their new home securely packed and nicely presented. They are all made in a completely smoke free environment / studio. All shipping includes tracking and insurance.

Return and Refund Policy
I really hope you love your new critter, but if for any reason you are unhappy, please let me know by emailing me and I will do my very best to help you. The bear must be returned in original condition and carefully packed via an insured and tracked delivery service. A refund will then be given within 14 days of me receiving the returned item. Refunds do not include return delivery charges.
