All packages ship out via USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation if applicable. From payment to dispatch takes 1-2 days. If you would like to have your package insured, please let me know before your package ships, as this will be an additional fee you will be responsible for.

I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages or International custom fees if any apply, and full value must be declared. I cannot mark your bear as a “gift”. It is against the law and I will not falsify customs documents - Please do not ask me, there are no exceptions.
