PROCESSING TIME
After payment of the order, the execution takes place in 1-2 working days.

DELIVERY TIME

During the Christmas holidays, delivery delays are possible, mail is slow due to the large number of items. Please do not worry, you will definitely get your goods.

TAX AND FEES
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties and import duties levied upon arrival. Since it is impossible for us to know the fees and charges of all countries, we ask you to contact the local postal service for more information. Shipments to the US are not subject to additional taxes upon receipt.

TRACK INFORMATION

PACKAGING INFORMATION
I pack each order carefully to avoid damage in transit. Please pay attention! If, upon receipt of the goods, you notice dents or punctures on the mail box, shoot a video that clearly shows the damage to the box, and the process of unpacking the parcel itself. In the future, if there is damage to the goods, this will facilitate and speed up the refund.

RETURN POLICY
I accept returns if:
1. The product came broken. The best proof of this is the video recording of the opening message. Please pay attention! Without a video confirmation of the breakage, I will not accept returns.
2. The product did not come as shown in the photo. If you ordered an elephant, and a parrot came, I will, of course, replace your order. Just email me!

REFUND POLICY
The money will be refunded only after the toy arrives back to me. The transfer from me usually takes 1-2 business days. After what time the money will be credited to your account depends on the work of your bank.
If the toy arrived without defects, you get all the money back minus the commissions of payment systems.

Note! If the product is found to be defective, I will withhold 50% of your amount. Please package the product for return as carefully as I did.
