The bear is Packed in a box, a bag!bears have their own passport.
After purchase and full payment, within 2-4 days I send parcels,all parcels are sent by international registered airmail from Russia .
It includes tracking number (it will be sent in email notification). Each package has a shipping confirmation, after I write you the tracking number! If necessary, I can provide a photo receipt for sending and tracking


Delivery time:
- USA: 2-3 weeks
- Canada: 2 weeks
- Australia: 2-3 weeks (sometimes longer, depending on Australian customs)
- Europe: 1-2 weeks
- The rest of the world: 2-3 weeks
Transit time and cost may vary depending on your location and customs clearance and carton weight

Operation condition:
If the parcel is lost on the territory of Russia I am responsible for it ,I will do everything possible to find it ,and in case of loss if the parcel for a period of 30-45 days is not I return you the full amount of the cost of the product!
If the parcel is lost in your territory and in the area where I can not be responsible for it, I can not refund you the cost of the bear!
If the product does not pass customs control and it there spoil or lead to not proper condition ,the bear comes back to me for restoration and after sent back to you,the cost of all these costs I take on!
