Return and Refund Policy
No refunds accepted with the exception that the item was grossly misrepresented - then item must be returned within 7 days - please contact me first. The item must be returned with all original packaging and in original condition. Buyer pays return tracked shipping.

All Bears are carefully wrapped and then shipped in a solid box. I use clean recycled packaging when it is available, to reduce my carbon footprint.
