LOST PACKAGE
If your items didn't arrive within 45 days, contact me and I will log an investigation through Russian Post. If the package is officially recognized lost, 100% refund is guaranteed.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is never picked up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.
