Paw pads created from golden yellow wool.
Five-way jointed using lock nuts, bolts, and cotter pins
Filled with premium poly cotton fiber-fil and weighted with pellets
Dressed in a distinctive, handcrafted top hat adorned with a variety of embellishments and surrounded by organza ribbons around his neck, with button organza flowers highlighting his belly, he holds his handmade artisanal blue balloons.
