Let me introduce you to my OOAK handmade miniature bear Sisi. She has a dress, shoes, a stroller with stuff.

Each limb was crocheted separately and had a wire. The belly has metal granulation inside. He is 5-way thread jointed.
It means that the head and the limbs are moveable.
