Fur toys sized 20-30 cm - 3 weeks.
9 cm wool miniatures - 2 weeks.
Animal mittens - 2 weeks.
Please note that these times represent my dedicated work time and do not include any other orders I may have taken.


1. Sizing details

My handmade items come with approximate size descriptions, but please keep in mind that due to the nature of my craft, I can't guarantee precise dimensions. Each piece is unique, and even when recreating an item based on my own photos, there may be slight variations in size and shape. I take pride in the individuality of my creations, making each one special for you.


2. Custom and personalised orders

I love bringing your beloved pets and animals to life through my handmade creations. However, it's important to note that while I strive for a high level of similarity to your pet based on the provided photo, I can't guarantee a 100% identical replica. My work is a labor of love, and each piece is crafted by hand, resulting in slight variations in size and shape. I encourage you to browse my completed projects to get a sense of my style and the level of resemblance you can expect. Your unique, custom piece will capture the spirit of your pet while embracing the artistry of my craft.


3. Care instructions

Caring for your wool and fur items is important to keep them looking their best for years to come. Here are some care instructions to help you maintain their beauty:

Dust and Dirt: Gently remove dust and dirt from the fur with a soft brush. Regularly brushing your item will help keep it looking fresh.

Avoid Moisture: Keep your item away from moisture. If it does get wet, allow it to air dry at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.

Avoid Friction: Avoid excessive rubbing or mechanical stress, as this can lead to changes in appearance.

It's important to note that my creations are of high quality and built to withstand normal wear and tear. While they are resilient, following these minimal care recommendations will help you preserve.


4. Gift wrapping and packaging

I take great care in packaging all my items with protective cushioning to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you'd like special gift wrapping, please let me know your preferences, and I'll be happy to accommodate them.


5. Wholesale availability

I'm not a wholesale store, so my capacity for large orders is limited. However, I'm open to discussing ongoing collaborations. Please feel free to contact me to explore potential long-term partnerships.

Please note that I do not accept returns for my handmade creations. Each item I craft is a labor of love, meticulously created over time. As a final step in the process, I provide detailed photos and videos of the finished product. This allows you the opportunity to specify any desired additions or changes before I ship your order.

If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to me immediately with photos of the damage, and we will work together to find an appropriate solution to ensure your satisfaction. Your happiness with your purchase is essential to me, and I will do my best to address any concerns promptly.
