Charley the Polar Bear is needle-felted. The height of the bear is 26 cm (10.23 inches). The height of the bear on the quadricycle is 35 cm (13.78 inches). The length of the quadricycle is 28 cm (11.02 icnhes). The boots are made of paper-clay. The jacket and the helmet are made of leather. The clothes cannot be taken off. The jacket is decorated with stripes and metal rivets. The goggles are made of leather and plastic and can be taken of. The quadricycle is a customized mass-market toy car. It is decorated with leather and metal rivets. The quadricycle has working headlights and frame headlights. The light can be turned off and on. It needs 2 A4 batteries which can be replaced. The red tails are made of mohair.
