Please meet Treacle the realistic guinea pig, she is excited to find her forever home and she promises she is very well behaved and litter trained!
She is the second in a new collection of realistic guinea pig breeds that I’m creating.
Treacle is a bit special because she has a little secret! She wheeks and squeeks when you press her sides! She has a voice box inside her tummy which plays a real guinea pig sound for 60 seconds when pressed! Please watch the video with sound on to hear her adorable voice!
Treacle is a Tort and white or Tortoise breed Cavy / guinea pig. Tort and white guinea pigs have a smooth coat with a distinctive chequerboard colour pattern with patches of white, Black and Tan .
Treacle is life size and measures 21 cm / 8 inches long . She is weighted with steel pellets to the weight of a real guinea pig which gives her a lovely realistic feel when held. She has a flexible spine running from her head to her bottom so her head can be moved up and down and side to side in many realistic positions, her body can also bend and curl into a cute sleeping position! I have sewn her from a lovely high quality white plush fabric which I have coloured using top quality durable fabric paints in many layers of tan, black and white to match the markings and colour of the tort and white guinea pig. Her ears, paws and nose are sewn from flesh coloured suede and realistically shaded and she even has some cute little whiskers! Her eyelids are hand sculpted from clay.
She has gorgeous handmade brown glass eyes which look very realistic!
She comes with a beautiful personalised wooden pendant tag with an engraved guinea pig on the front. I have also written her name, breed and edition number / 2 on the back.
She will come to her new home with her handmade fleece blanket created using my own hand drawn guinea pig illustrations! She also comes with a lovely custom printed satin Hayley walker designs gift bag.
Also included is my sewn in label, as well as a hang tag, a certificate of authenticity and care instructions. She will also arrive gift wrapped in a nice box.
Please note that the guinea pig bowl shown in the photos is for display purposes only and not included with Treacle.
Treacle and all my other soft sculpture animals are also not intended to be toys. They are not suitable for children under the age of 14 and are collectible pieces of art, to be treasured for years to come.
Treacle has been created in a clean and smoke free studio too.

Return and Refund Policy
I really hope you love your new critter, but if for any reason you are unhappy, please let me know by emailing me and I will do my very best to help you. The bear must be returned in original condition and carefully packed via an insured and tracked delivery service. A refund will then be given within 14 days of me receiving the returned item. Refunds do not include return delivery charges.
