I do not know who the artist that made him is, but he is amazingly well made and dressed

Fully jointed with loosely jointed head

Lovely blue mohair color that matches his sailor shirt

Hand stitched nose and mouth

glass eyes

His clothing is so well made, linen pants and a jersey striped top with a little anchor applique

His shoes are hand made and of the softest leathers (see photos)

He can stand by himself

Stitched claws on paw pads
