1. Return policy
If the toy is custom-made (to order), then before sending I always send the photo to the buyer to make sure that he likes the animal. Only then I'll send the toy by mail. I will accept return & cancellation.But the return is valid for 14 days: just contact me and send me your track (no later than 30 days)! I also accept cancellation within the first hour after purchase.

2. Layaway policy
2.1. Layaway for toys in my store is possible for ALL under the following conditions:
— if amount (w/ shipping) is under 300$ (US) then I offer layaway of 2 equal payments (e.g. for 2 months);
— if amount (w/ shipping) is equal to or over 300$ (US) then I offer layaway of 3 equal payments (e.g. for 3 months);

2.2. If you are unable to pay the full amount within the stipulated time, please write to me. We'll discuss the conditions that are most convenient for you!

3. Package
Each toy is packed in a box and a special bubble wrap. All animals have a track package!
