Titouan's fur is made from two types of mohair fabric, both from the renowned manufacturer Steiff Schulte. The paws are made with genuine leather and mohair fabric. The stuffing materials include mohair, sawdust, woodwool, and glass pellets, giving Titouan the perfect combination of softness and weight.

The eyes are vintage American shoe buttons, and the nose is made with cotton thread. Titouan's joints are made with cotterpins (5) and discs, allowing for ease of movement. The bear is painted with oil paint and beeswax for a natural and durable finish and vintage look.

Titouan also comes with a variety of accessories, including removable angel wings, a key pendant, star, and cushion, all made with high-quality woolvelt fabric. The bear is also adorned with a leather strap, wooden buttons, and a jute ribbon, adding to the overall charm and character.
