Fideo, English Bulldog.

The work is based on photos of a real dog.

Inside is a complete frame of plastic skeleton fixer (spine, paws, tail). This allows the dog to stand, sit and take various poses. The filling inside is wool fiber, some wood shavings, glass pellets and synthetic fluff.
I used two kinds of faux fur and tufted faux suede.
The shading is done with textile paints and dry pastels.
The ears are reinforced with thin wire, so they can quite obediently take different positions.
The eyes are realistic glass eyes, hand-painted.
The nose is made of artistic silicone, it's soft and resilient to the touch.
The mouth, teeth and tongue are molded from bakeable polymer clay, tinted and also coated with a protective varnish. The jaws are made on a magnetic latch, so you can put it in any position by pushing the lower jaw down to the right size with your hand, or close it back up.
The paws are also made on a skeleton and reinforced at the joints; they move at the shoulders and bend at the knees and wrists.
The paw pads are made of faux suede and filled with synthetic down, so they are resilient to the touch. The claws are made of polymer clay, with manicures on the claws :)
The tail is also reinforced, he can't wag it like a real dog, but he can take different positions.
