This Teddy Girl I did for she fits into this beautiful very old dress ! Last month I visited the International Doll Festival in Neustadt/Sonneberg to find some treasures for my bears. I found some wonderful old dresses and this blue one is one of them. It was a pleasure to create Amelia for this dress. With her 45 cm she is a big girl made of hand dyed Steiff mohair and nice French tissue. All is aged and painted to give a vintage look. She is heavily filled with cotton wool and glass granulate, the black glass eyes are handmade.
Amelia is a sweet girl with a lovely face and a bit melancholic eyes.
