This is Little Dipper 149,
Isn't he sweet!

He is 5 way jointed with cotter pins and discs,
filled with poly, and steel shot in his tumtum for a little extra weight.
With glass eyes, embroidered features, and a jingle bell that looks like a grumpy monkey
