This is Little Dipper Teddy nr 128,
a little teddy dressed up as a jester in a pale pink and black costume*.
Made from partly hand dyed mohair, this cutie is 5 way jointed with cotter pins and discs.
Filled with poly and steel shot and has embroidered features, glass eyes and teeny tiny little bells on his hat.

*please note: costume is part of the bear and can't be taken off
