Marty was purchased directly from the artist and is in new condition, never displayed, from my nonsmoking home. Here is the artist's description:

This is Marty and he is 8,5cm/3.3 inches tall standing without the Ears, 7cm/2.8 inches seated.
Marty is made of cute, shiny brown Miniature Fabric with upholstery Paws.
He is filled with poly filling, some steel Pellets and lots of Hugs and Kisses. This little Bear is 5-way Cotter Pin jointed with a wobble jointed Head. Marty has quality hand made German Glass Eyes and his Ears are bendable.
I have needle sculpted his little paws and gave him some shading for even more cuteness.
