I’d like to introduce Polly the Penguin, a little girl standing approx 6.5cm/2.75” small. Polly loves penguins and wears a design incorporated penguin ‘suit’. She is hand stitched from vintage long pile velvet in shades of light tan, black, and oyster white, with five cotter pin and disc joints. Her face is needle and scissor sculpted, as well as airbrushed to being out her sweet personality.
Polly’s removable cap features a little penguin beak and tuft of feathers on top, as well as a little tuft of tail feathers where tail feathers should be;) A finishing touch to her costume is a cheery red felt scarf to keep her warm in these chilly winter days south of the equator:)
