Sweet Juliet is sewn from antique viscose Steiff Schulte unique manual painted and leather. She is tinted with oil paint to accentuate her thoughtful expression. Her joints are: mounts, round disks, and pins (her head can swing). She is lovingly filled with the smallest sawdust and steel granules for a pleasant hand feel. Juliet can stand without support so you may pose her as you like.
Juliet’s eyes are glass lamp work and hand-painted by me.The nose is stitched with cotton thread and waxed to a natural finish.

All of Juliet’s clothing is hand sewn from only natural fibres: antique batiste, and antique silk and cotton laces. All clothing is removable and may be dry cleaned. The print on her skirt is drawn by hand

Both laces are antique (100+ years) and made in France!

She will arrive to you in a safe and sturdy, cardboard box. But inside, Juliet will be lovingly packed in her own, beautiful wooden box that contains her passport.
