This is Forrest. His name is from old English, it means one who lives in or near a royal forest. I think he is a prince amongst bears! He is the first bear made from a new style of pattern, and the most realist cub I’ve created so far. He’s made from a long soft wavy mohair, with a very natural look. 4 lock disk joints, and loc line spine that runs from head to bum. His muzzle is created from a vintage mohair fabric, with needle felted details, an a hand sculpted rubber nose. His glass eyes have been set into needle felted sockets, and individual strands of mohair inserted for a flawless finish. He has hand sewn leather paw pads, with individual toes, finished with polymer clay claws. He poses beautifully, and I have weighted him with steel shot and rubber pellets for a realistic feel. He weighs in at over 3.5lb. He is a darling, looking for the perfect home.
