Hi, I’m delighted to introduce "Tantalus", who is designed and made by myself, Lynn Bowie of the award winning "Madabout Bears". "Tantalus" is made from hand dyed mohair in subtle browny grey tones with a soft cream alpaca head. He stands at approx 14" tall and is traditionally five way cotterpin jointed and poly/steel ball filled for a nice weight. He has English black glass eyes and I have sculpted his nose and painted it giving it a wonderful golden sheen. He has been extensively needle and scissor sculpted as well as hand shaded. He has cashmere pawpads and is wearing a wired bow and large goldtone bell. Please note that "Tantalus" is a collectors item and therefore unsuitable for those under 14 years.
