Bitsy Betsy is an Independence Day bear who measure not quite 1½ inches while seated and just shy of 2 inches while standing. She is made of red, white a blue mini bear fabric for a very festive look. She is firmly stuffed with polyester and is disk and cotter pin jointed at her neck with string jointed arms and legs. She looks out onto the world through black onyx bead eyes that are highlighted with perle cotton eyelids. Her nose is needle felted wool and she has embroidered features. A tiny red and white bow is by her blue ear and a white star is strung around her neck.
