Thank you for stopping by to meet Antoinette... something a little different for me, a tiny lady nestled in a shabby chic shadow box. Antoinette herself is hand stitched from vintage long pile velvet, with a bent arm and leg design and 5 cotter pin and disc joints. She has a needle and scissor sculpted face with embroidered waxed nose and airbrushed shading.
Antoinette wears a tutu style dress of pure silk tulle and a matching bow on her head, crowned by vintage millinery flowers. Little silk bows adorn her ankles as well, and she holds another matching vintage flower.
Antionettes shadow box was designed specially for her, the front is covered in lace and accented withmore lace around the frame, and vintage and new millinery flowers sprinkled with Swarovski crystals. Inside the box is a silk print of roses in soft shabby chic tones.
