Ellie is 10" tall, and seated is about 8.75" high. She will not stand however, as she has double cotter pin jointed limbs, giving her a pleasant, slouchy look and feel

She is made from a sparse, curly grey mohair, which has been paint aged, and plucked and shaved in places to give an old, worn charm. I have also added some tiny patches, along with some 'mend' stitches, to add to her look.

She wears a vintage 'Faerie Glen' dolls dress, which was on one of my dolls when I was small, but looked so delightful on her, I decided to let her keep it :-). It has some natural marks and age spots, which I have added to with airbrush painting.

Ellie is 5 way double cotter pin jointed, and is quite softly filled with poly fibre filling, especially her tummy, for a slumpy, saggy feel. She has black glass eyes and embroidered features. She also has some steel shot in her feet, and steel shot and poly pellets in her tummy for weight. She has grey felt paw pads.

Ellie is completely hand stitched, and one of a kind.
