This is Little Dipper 17.....a pale blue vintage looking little bear with a polka dot clown collar. 17 has glass eyes and an embroidered nose, mouth and toes. Stuffed with poly and lots of steel shot he's designed for sitting. 17 is 7 inches tall and 5 way jointed.
