Inspired by the painting "girl with a pearl earring" my little bear is made with hand dyed cream mohqir. She has shiny glass eyes and a waxed brown silk nose. She has linen pads and is fully jointed. I have filled her with cotton and steel shot. She wears a removeable copy of the blue and yellow headress and a teeny wee pearl earring. I have finished her off with an antique lace collar.
She is a one and only and has been gently aged.
