This is grumpy cat.
He is 42 cm tall (he can't stand). Cat is made from German plush. He has 5 cotter pin joints. He is stuffed with synthetic fluff, steel and glass granulate. He has hand painted glass eyes. His face is needle-felted from natural wool. Toned with oil paints and pastel.
He has ribbon around his neck.
