Leilani (which means 'heavenly flower' in Hawaiian) is just gorgeous (if i do say so myself! :P)

She is made from a long wavy 'antique crush' mohair that has been painstakingly hand dyed in rainbow assortment of colours. her arms, legs and head have the rainbow tonal pattern starting with a vibrant yellow, then into a peachy orange, into red, rose, lavender, plum, blue, turqoise, aqua, and ending with a lime green. Her body is also a tonal lime/turqouse/blue so as not to overpower the rainbow on her limbs and head.

Leilani is fully lock-nut jointed, has big black glass eyes and a hand embroidered nose. She is firmly stuffed with polyflock and has a decent amount of tiny glass beads encased in a seperate pouch inside her tummy for extra protection. this gives her quite an unusual soft/heavy feel. Leilani wears a purple satin ribbon tied in a bow around her head. She also wears a handmade pendant around her neck which consists of a matching purple tone flower button sitting on top of a mother-of-pearl piece cut into a diamond shape with genuine Swarovski crystals (amethyst and light rose) dropping from the flower. All in all quite a lovely piece...(i'm thinking of making somethign similar to wear myself!).

Leilani really is quite a spectacular bear, and is definately a One Of A Kind!
